I just recently found out that famous actor/comedian/legend Robin Williams had died on August 11, 2014 in his home due to self-asphyxiation after a battle with depression. And boy, that news hit me like a brick. Investigations are being initiated to further validate the cause of death, but the news so far is enough to make me majorly bummed.
You may remember Robin Williams from... well, every movie ever. To be more specific, Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire, Hook, Jumanji, Dead Poet Society, Old Dogs, the voice of Genie from Aladdin, and many other roles that I never bothered to remember. Despite the fact that he was in a lot of bad movies, it didn't mean that he was a bad actor. In fact, in my opinion, he was one of the best actors that ever lived. Every time I see him in a movie, he'd just steal the show, because no matter what scenario you'd put him in (action, comedy, drama), he'd give a performance I believe is pretty damn genuine. It's such a shame that a man with so much talent would be taken away from us, especially a respected man like Robin Williams. Not much to say about this but that he'll probably be remembered for generations to come for his history and everlasting talent. I'm seriously gonna miss him, and may he rest in peace.
